About the Role

We're hiring a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of key product surfaces at Lit8. You'll work closely with engineering and product to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.

You'll be joining a small design team where your work has outsized impact — every screen you ship is used by thousands of customers daily.

What You'll Do

  • Lead design for one or more product areas, from research through delivery
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
  • Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system and component library
  • Partner with engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully
  • Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years of product design experience in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
  • Expert-level Figma skills, including component and auto-layout workflows
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing user research
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
  • Clear, proactive communication style — especially in async/remote settings

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or maintaining design systems at scale
  • Familiarity with frontend development (HTML/CSS, React basics)
  • Background in data-heavy or developer-facing products
  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
