About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for a core product area at Lit8. You'll define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success — working at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.

You'll partner closely with engineering and design to ship products that customers love, while maintaining a clear view of the broader market landscape and competitive positioning.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product roadmap for a key product area, from vision through delivery
  • Define product requirements through customer research, data analysis, and market insights
  • Prioritize ruthlessly — balance customer impact, business value, and engineering effort
  • Write clear product specs and work with engineering and design to deliver features
  • Define and track success metrics; use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
  • Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions
  • Communicate product direction and progress to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of shipping products that drove measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align diverse stakeholders
  • Deep customer empathy combined with strategic thinking
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make decisions with incomplete information

Nice to Have

  • Technical background or prior engineering experience
  • Experience with developer-facing or platform products
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog)
  • Background in growth, pricing, or go-to-market strategy
  • Experience in early-stage or scaling startups
